เชื่อม Summy กับ Claude / ChatGPTConnect Summy to Claude / ChatGPT

1.ก่อนเริ่ม

• มีบัญชี Summy ที่เชื่อมร้าน TikTok Shop / Shopee / Lazada ไว้แล้ว และคุณเป็นเจ้าของร้านหรือแอดมิน (ทีมงานทั่วไปกดอนุญาตไม่ได้)
• ฟีเจอร์ “วิเคราะห์ด้วย AI” ของแอคเคาท์ต้องเปิดอยู่ (ตั้งค่า › ฟีเจอร์ & แพ็กเกจ)
• บัญชี Claude (claude.ai · Claude Desktop · มือถือ) หรือ ChatGPT ที่เพิ่ม custom connector ได้ — ค่าใช้งาน AI คิดกับบัญชี AI ของคุณเอง

2.เชื่อมกับ Claude

• ทางลัด: เปิด https://claude.ai/directory/connectors/summy (หรือใน Summy ไปที่ ตั้งค่า › เชื่อม AI แล้วกด “เชื่อมกับ Claude”) แล้วกด Connect — Summy อยู่ในรายชื่อ Connectors ของ Claude แล้ว
• หรือทำเอง: ใน Claude ไปที่ Customize › Connectors › Add custom connector · ชื่อ Summy · URL https://summydays.com/api/mcp · Authentication เลือก Sign in now → Add
• Claude จะพาคุณมาหน้าล็อกอินของ Summy → หน้าอนุญาตบอกชื่อร้านและสิ่งที่ AI จะอ่านได้ → กด “อนุญาต” → กลับไป Claude เชื่อมสำเร็จ
• ในแชท เปิดใช้ connector Summy (ปุ่ม + › Connectors) แล้วถามได้เลย

3.แอปอื่น

• Claude Code (เทอร์มินัล): claude mcp add --transport http summy https://summydays.com/api/mcp แล้วพิมพ์ /mcp เพื่อล็อกอิน
• ChatGPT: Settings › Connectors › Advanced › เปิด Developer mode › Create · URL https://summydays.com/api/mcp · Authentication เลือก OAuth

4.AI อ่านอะไรได้บ้าง (อ่านอย่างเดียวทั้งหมด)

• List connected shops — รายชื่อร้านและแพลตฟอร์มที่เชื่อมอยู่
• Check data freshness — ข้อมูลล่าสุดถึงวันไหน (ค่าโฆษณาและยอดเข้าชมดึงวันละครั้ง วันที่ยังไม่ดึงไม่ใช่ศูนย์)
• Sales & profit summary — ยอดขายสุทธิ ต้นทุน ค่าธรรมเนียม ค่าโฆษณา กำไร ตามช่วงวัน
• Sales by product · Sales by pack / listing · Sales by hour — ยอดแยกสินค้า แยกแพ็ก และรายชั่วโมง
• Traffic summary · Traffic by product — ยอดเข้าชม ผู้เข้าชม ออเดอร์ และอัตราแปลง
• Ad spend summary — ค่าโฆษณาแยกแพลตฟอร์ม

ตัวเชื่อมนี้แก้ไข เพิ่ม หรือลบอะไรใน Summy หรือในร้านค้าของคุณไม่ได้ วันที่ทั้งหมดเป็นเวลาไทย จำนวนเงินเป็นบาท

จำกัดการเรียกข้อมูลไม่เกิน 500 ครั้งต่อวันต่อแอคเคาท์ (รีเซ็ตเที่ยงคืนเวลาไทย)

5.ความเป็นส่วนตัวและการเพิกถอน

• AI จะเห็นเฉพาะร้านของแอคเคาท์ที่คุณกดอนุญาตเท่านั้น
• ตัวเลขที่ AI ดึงไปและคำถามของคุณจะถูกส่งไปยังผู้ให้บริการ AI ที่คุณใช้ (เช่น Anthropic หรือ OpenAI) ตามเงื่อนไขของผู้ให้บริการนั้น
• Summy บันทึกเฉพาะชื่อเครื่องมือที่ถูกเรียก เวลา ความเร็ว จำนวนแถว และผลสำเร็จ/ล้มเหลว — ไม่บันทึกข้อความคำถาม — และลบบันทึกเมื่ออายุเกิน 90 วัน
• รหัสเข้าถึงที่ออกให้ AI มีอายุ 1 ชั่วโมงและต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ ระบบเก็บเฉพาะค่าเข้ารหัสทางเดียว (hash)
• เพิกถอนได้ทุกเมื่อที่ ตั้งค่า › เชื่อม AI › ปุ่ม “เลิกเชื่อม” บนการ์ดของแอปนั้น — AI จะอ่านไม่ได้ตั้งแต่คำขอถัดไป

1.Before you start

• A Summy account with TikTok Shop / Shopee / Lazada connected, and you are the account owner or an admin (staff cannot authorize).
• The “AI Analysis” feature enabled for the account (Settings › Features & plan).
• A Claude (claude.ai · Claude Desktop · mobile) or ChatGPT account that can add custom connectors — AI usage is billed to your own AI account.

2.Connect to Claude

• Shortcut: open https://claude.ai/directory/connectors/summy (or in Summy go to Settings › Link AI and press “Connect to Claude”) and press Connect — Summy is listed in Claude's Connectors directory.
• Or manually: in Claude go to Customize › Connectors › Add custom connector · name Summy · URL https://summydays.com/api/mcp · Authentication: Sign in now → Add.
• Claude sends you to Summy's sign-in page → a consent page shows the shop name and what the AI can read → press “Allow” → you are back in Claude, connected.
• In a chat, enable the Summy connector (+ › Connectors) and ask away.

3.Other apps

• Claude Code (terminal): claude mcp add --transport http summy https://summydays.com/api/mcp, then run /mcp to sign in.
• ChatGPT: Settings › Connectors › Advanced › enable Developer mode › Create · URL https://summydays.com/api/mcp · Authentication: OAuth.

4.What the AI can read (all read-only)

• List connected shops — connected platforms and shops.
• Check data freshness — how current each source is (ad spend and traffic are pulled once a day; a day not yet pulled is not zero).
• Sales & profit summary — net revenue, cost of goods, fees, ad spend and profit for a date range.
• Sales by product · Sales by pack / listing · Sales by hour — breakdowns by product, by pack option, and per hour.
• Traffic summary · Traffic by product — page views, visitors, orders and conversion.
• Ad spend summary — ad spend per platform.

The connector cannot change, add or delete anything in Summy or in your shops. Dates are Bangkok time and money is THB.

Up to 500 data calls per account per day (resets at midnight Bangkok time).

5.Privacy and revoking access

• The AI sees only the account you authorized.
• The figures the AI fetches and your questions are sent to the AI provider you use (e.g. Anthropic or OpenAI) under that provider's terms.
• Summy logs only which tool was called, when, how long it took, how many rows it returned and whether it succeeded — not the text of your questions — and deletes these logs after 90 days.
• Access tokens issued to the AI last one hour and renew automatically; we store only one-way hashes of them.
• Revoke at any time under Settings › Link AI › “Disconnect” on that app's card — the AI loses access from its next request.
